Grilled Turkey Tenderloin - 10 PointsPlus for the meal!

Grilled Turkey Tenderloin 

3 serving @ 5 PointsPlus each 

w/ Sour Cream Sauce
3 servings @ 2 PointsPlus each
Rice Pilaf
½ cup @ 3 PointsPlus each


(1 T light brown sugar, ½ t salt, ½ t gr. cumin,
⅛ t red pepper, ⅛ t gr. ginger,⅛ t coriander,
1 T olive oil)
12 oz turkey breast tenderloin 

12 oz bag chopped broccoli
(⅓ c light sour cream, 2 T FF milk,
1 t Dijon mustard, ¼ t salt)
1 ½ c rice pilaf 


Combine all ingredients, except olive oil & turkey. Brush turkey with olive oil & rub with brown sugar mixture. Grill over med-high heat for 10 min on each side or until inside reaches 165 degrees. Let rest for 10 min before cutting.  Microwave broccoli until tender. In a small pan, heat sauce ingredients, do not boil. Drizzle over broccoli. Cook Rice as directed on box (we used broccoli au gratin - 1/2 cup is a serving) Divide into 3 servings 

The sour cream sauce over the broccoli was really good!
