Pizza Loaf & Spinach Salad. Yum!

Pizza Loaf
6 servings @ 8 Points Plus each


13 oz can refrigerated classic pizza dough

6 oz Boca meatless crumbles
( 1 t dry mustard,1 t garlic salt, ½ t pepper,
4 t Italian seasonings, 1 egg white)
⅔ c part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ½ c pizza sauce


On sprayed baking sheet, spread dough to a large rectangle. Sprinkle with meatless crumbles, seasonings & cheese. Roll loaf length wise; pinch ends. Place seam side down & brush w/ egg whites. Bake 30 min @ 350. Use ¼ c pizza sauce per serving for dipping

Spinach Salad
6 servings @ 2 Points Plus each


1 bag spinach
½ c dried cranberries
Diced purple onion to taste
(12 T Kraft Light raspberry vinaigrette)


Toss all salad items together and divide into 6 servings

This is definitely a repeat in our house!  It was great the next day too!
