Arlington & Fort McHenry

The last day there was my favorite. Since it was Saturday, my parents joined us on a trip to Arlington Cemetery and Fort McHenry. We took a tour of the cemetery and saw the changing of the guards which was breathtaking.

Thursday night, Mom & Charley treated us to a baseball game at Camden Yards. It was a blast and my favorite part was by far the fireworks. What can I say, I'm my mother's daughter!!

Happy Birthday, Dad!

Yesterday was my Dad's birthday. I made a butter pecan cake with butter cream icing (a request) for the celebration. The grand kids even came along to wish him a happy birthday!

Then we got side tracked playing with Chance. He loved the ribbon off Dad's present.

And as an extra present for my Dad, I'm finally going to post the video of a Zepplin cover band with an orchestra I watched from my Mom's balcony in Baltimore. It's only a month late! Oh and just some advice...don't actually watch the video, just listen. My camera skills weren't the greatest on this one. ;)

BALTIMORE: Day 4

Sunday, August 3rd

Today is the day we went home :( But before we hit the road, Mom took us to the National Aquarium in Baltimore. Aquariums are always fun. We were pretty excited because a dolphin had just had a baby! Don't get excited though because there will be no pictures. We didn't get to see it. We were actually extremely disappointed in the dolphin exhibit. FYI if you go, see the dolphin show...we didn't have time. The rest of this story will be in pictures...ENJOY!

Oh...and go do this while you are there too!

I had an AWESOME time in B-More and can't wait to go back. Thanks Mom for putting up with me and showing me the city. Love You!
