BALTIMORE, MARYLAND

The trip up to see my mother was AMAZING! We were able to do a lot of fun things while we were there. We arrived late Wednesday night, so we rested up for a fun filled day of exploring the next day. But first I had to get a picture of the view from Mom's balcony. Even though it was at night, it was still breathtaking!



Thursday, July 31st


We walked down to the harbor to catch the Water Taxi. On the way, we stopped to take some pictures of some outdoor exhibits at the American Visionary Art Museum. Then it was off to the harbor to wait for the taxi.

From there, we went into the Barnes & Noble which is in an older building with cool details.

We had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe and then went shopping at Filene's Basement.


On the way back to the condo, we stumbled across a trapeze park. It was very tempting, but I had to turn it down.

Thursday night we ate some home cooking and explored the area around the condo.
